I am grateful to the Institute for the Future of Human Society (IFOHS), Kyoto University, for the opportunity to have my research theme illustrated as part of its Research Collaboration activities.

Human Perception and Adaptation in Social and Cultural Worlds

How do people perceive the world, and how do these perceptions shape their psychological life and adaptation? My research examines social perception as a process shaped through ongoing interactions with other people, society, culture, and the broader environment. It explores how these perceptions influence behavior, well-being, and adaptation in a changing world.

人は世界をどのようにとらえ、その認識は心や適応にどう関わるのでしょうか。私の研究は、個人の知覚や意味づけが、他者との関係、変化し続ける社会や文化、自然環境との相互作用の中で形づくられ、行動や幸福感、適応に影響する過程を探るものです。
